During this 60-minute videoconference, your students will be introduced to what it is like to be an astronaut on a space mission. Teams will create a mission patch to be shared with the Flight Director on the day of the lab. The students will explore the concepts of exercising in space, eating in space and how toys work in space. A video tour of the International Space Station will also be shared.

Students will make predictions, participate in demonstrations, and record results on their lab journal pages.
